R E T U R N S : We do of course comply with the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 so in the event that you are unhappy with the item(s), you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period during which the item(s) can be returned. You must Flying Pigeon UK in writing before returning the item(s) within this 7 day period. Under the terms of the Distant Selling Act, the item(s) must be returned to us in an unused condition allowing them to be resold as new. You will be liable for charges on any item(s) considered to have been mishandled in a manner that will reduce the resalable value. Returns must be disassembled, repackaged and placed back into the original container. It is your responsibility to ensue that the item(s) do not get damaged in transit. We will make a refund within 30 days of receiving written confirmation of the cancellation during which time an inspection on the returned item(s) is carried out. We will charge a 15% administration fee for any returned item(s). This will be deducted from your refund. Please note this only applies to standard items and not personalised items.
